1. Agreement to Terms By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States.
2. Digital Product License & Intellectual Property All digital files, graphics, and designs sold or distributed on this website are our intellectual property. When you purchase a digital file or access membership content, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use that content for its intended purpose. You strictly agree not to redistribute, resell, share, modify, or sub-license our digital products or membership materials to any third party.
3. No Refunds for Digital Goods Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file has been purchased, delivered, or accessed.
4. Memberships and Subscription Billing If Hearth & Hedge offers memberships or subscription services in the future and you enroll in a subscription or membership program on our site, you agree to the following terms: - Billing Cycle: Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) starting on the day you sign up. - Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before your next renewal date. - Third-Party Management: Recurring payments are processed and securely stored by our payment partner, Gumroad. - Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Gumroad customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership materials until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are given for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. User Accounts & Gumroad Purchases To purchase products or memberships, you may be redirected to our third-party checkout partner, Gumroad. You agree to provide accurate checkout information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of our products, or violation of these Terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Informational Purpose Hearth & Hedge and PJ Field Notes are offered for educational, inspirational, and personal reflection purposes only.
